Suicide risk assessment is a core competency for all health professionals. The scientific medical literature supports the use of a procedural checklist to improve quality and confidence in medical procedures. Suicide Risk Assessment Checklist in Children (SRACC) is a 49 item pocket checklist is designed to cue the examiner to improve quality of comprehensive suicide risk assessment.
